Learn about ERAS implementation

There are several ways to learn about developing and implementing an ERAS Cardiac program:

  • Connect with your local hospital’s non-cardiac ERAS or Quality Improvement teams
  • Review ERAS Cardiac publications, including implementation guidance and consensus recommendations
  • Browse additional publications and abstracts on our Publications page
  • Visit the Virtual Education Center
  • Join our virtual Monthly Multidisciplinary Team Meetings (open to all)

Get involved and share with the community

ERAS Cardiac Center of Excellence

At this time, the ERAS Cardiac Society does not certify programs as Centers of Excellence. It is currently difficult to define a Centre of Excellence in a transparent, objective, and equitable way.

In the future, we may explore opportunities for institutions with mature programs to serve as educational mentors. The process for any mentorship initiative has not yet been determined.

We will share updates with individuals on our mailing list if this program develops.
